Agriturismo l'Adagio

A variety of styles among the olive trees.

Nestled among the olive trees on the characteristic Ligurian terraces close to the Argentina, a stream which runs alongside, lies this charming guesthouse. A place full of charm, with a breath taking view of the colourful village of Badalucco (IM).

Inspired by an olive tree which grows in the beauty farm, in an artistic setting created using stone, steel and wood, which symbolises Valle Argentina, which has so much to offer from its position in this splendid natural landscape. Elements which can be found in the 4 rooms: earth, air, fire and water and in the 5 suites arranged on two floors and consisting of a living room with a kitchenette area and a sleeping area with bathroom.

In each room and in every suite, guests will find towels, coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits and jams for breakfast.

The common areas for sunbathing, the gardens, the boules pitch, BBQ area, vegetable garden and the “barrel of thoughts” are at the complete disposal of clients, who can enjoy them to the full in summer, for picnics in the fresh air, or in the winter, for relaxing and meditating.

The whole structure is covered by free wi-fi, ideal for those travelling on business and needing to make Skype calls, as well as those who simply want to stay in touch with friends and show them all the beauty of Valle Argentina.

L’Adagio overlooks Badalucco, a beautiful, bustling village full of history and cultures, home to the cultivation of excellent quality Taggiasca olives, but also of excellent restaurants and, last but not least, the world’s only branch of the Wine Bank, SlowWine, of Pollenzo.

A guesthouse and much, much more: Azienda Agricola Gaaci, owned by Rossella Boeri, cooperates with the ROI oil producer, supplying olives for the production of some of its prestigious lines of olive oil. A solid relationship which has lasted for years now, and allows guests of the structure to visit the olive groves and the mill, and to take part in a tasting session to learn about the difference between the various oils.
